I posted this in the Nor Cal section but thought it was also appropriate in the 308/328 section. I had a DIY service day at my place last weekend. The only Ferrari in need of a DIY service was a 308. We replaced the shifter shaft seals that were leaking. We also replaced rear brake pads on a F-Chatter's friends car, a window motor and regulator on my co-workers Infiniti G35 and a coolant temp sender on my neighbor's father's Altima. Here are a few pics taken late in the day. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

That is great, there needs to be more of it. If I'd been around I'd have loved to have joined in. Not to mention it would have been great to observe the shift shaft seal being done before mine needs doing one of these days.
Hi PT 28 Are the timber boards under the tyres there to give clearance to the jack? Also how do you find your scissor jack. Cheers
Yes the wood ramps are strictly there for lift clearance. I am not sure what you mean by "how do you find your scissor jack". I believe you mean how do I like it to which my answer is I love it. It makes maintenance on this car as well as my others so much easier. If I recall correctly it was about $1700 delivered.
