http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150453733422&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:MOTORS:1123 If anyone is looking for a great car in great condition, only 3k miles. 6 cars, 3 car garage, HOA on my case.
Time to move? GLWS! A buddy and I stopped by Big Rack's last Tuesday for a late lunch and the ribs were great! /m
Posted a link to the auction on my Facebook,if any of my friends may be interested. Dont think they can afford it though, lol.
Reading the title, my heart sank...But then reading the thread, I lol'd.....Sucks to sell, but was glad to see it was due to HOA and not hardship, well hardship with homelife/finances and such....Best of luck with sale, I can afford it if you take payments for the next 30yrs, maybe 40? lol Beautiful 430.
^lol I remember reading quite a while back of a member StreetKing who had a similar situation(was mentioned by him, whether in jest or not) where he was seeking approval for the addition of another "pool house" lol. A link of his collection posted on the forum taken by TexasMike....absolutely gorgeous, unbiased stable: http://public.fotki.com/TexasMike/automotive-1/garage_tours_photoshoots/sws_stable/
probably more of an issue of how many cars. Previous HOA my Dad lived in did not allow more than two cars in the driveway, thankfully he had a 3 car garage, lol
Just curious, but if you own just one Ferrari, what are the other 5 cars that are more important to keep than your F430?
I'd toss the Lexus (Not the Aston!)... The Pink Barbie looking car would likely be a no go for the little one. I gotta feeling that would be unacceptable! FYI...I live downtown Dallas with a private garage I'm dressing up Red Floor, Yellow & Red Walls, Black Velvet Curtains, and F-flags and banners everywhere. You can store it there and help decorate my garage! Yah but seriously if you want to consider it, you can get access to it whenever you needed it. I understand the Ferrari world is quite the brotherhood...so how could I not offer??? :>)
Hmmm guess none of my business but how can one enjoy an automobile like Ferrari by driving it < 1000 miles per year? My Scuderia is a year old and has over 10,000 miles on it and my Cali is 3 months old with 2500 miles. If the car is just for show then 3000 miles on a 2006 model are acceptable IMHO. But then again I once saw a guy with a 2002 model Ferrari with 700!!! miles on it. Not trying to be a snob here but unless one drives the heck out of these cars there is no other reason for me to keep one. Thats the only way to enjoy them. I dont buy the excuse that "oh I have other cars to drive". Anyways good luck with the sale.
HOA isn't complaining about the Ferrari, but my truck parked outside;-) It came down to my Bentley GT or Ferrari, and reality is that I dont drive the Ferrari enough as it has no back seat for my daughter.
Video of car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ijj1RUFGKZ4 Dealer said they would sell it for $153+, I have turned down several offers in the high 130's.
Or buy a better truck? I heard in one of our Austin neighborhoods the Chevy or Ford was banned but they let the Escalade stay! LOL! Thank goodness my road is "Kravitz-free."
Ah I see. I was about to say I could look after it for you as I'll be just south of Waco and would only put 14 miles a day on it, yeh right LOL, as long as you would not mind a police lightbar in it (front window), I had to offer. Beautiful car and I loved the video.
