    Unfortunately, after 24 wonderful years I am forced to say good bye to my 1977308GTB. Lack of time and storage have made this difficult decision for me. I would never have the strength to do this w/o being boxed in a corner with no way out.

    This car is in great shape with very low miles and full serviced (belts,valves,clutch,full tune) less than 2K miles ago. Brakes and tires less than 4K miles old. Everything works except maybe the windshield washers.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to where best to run an ad ? I can not seem to find the way to post one here in F Chat. A friend of mine was going to buy the car but he could not sell another car he owned in order to make room for the 308. I want her to go to someone who appreciates Ferraris.

    BTW...I did go over to the dark side (you can all gasp in horror) in order to streamline my life.. I also sold my M-3 and bought a 997S.......

    So sorry to hear that you have to sell the Ferrari. What a shame. I would definitely find a way to post it here on FerrariAds.com as it'll definitely go to a good home from there.

    Hopefully someone can help me out with ad posting or contact me if interested. I am trying to avoid e-bay and all the inherent issues with listing the car there. I have no problems with e-bay in the whole scheme of things BUT I do not want to deal with too many newbies, dealers, etc. This is the perfect car for someone looking for a carb car to love. I do not want it to go to somone who will beat it to death.

    I concur. $15 well spent. You should also consider eBay, if only because it gets massive exposure - just price it high, and deal with prospective buyers after the auction.

    Sounds nice. I assume it's a steel car (U.S.) and not a '77 glass Euro.

    I think he's going to seriously miss that car. A 997 is nice, but we all know what it's not. ;)

    The Family has cut off all funds distribution to me already, and I think if I add one more thing at Val's house she'll quit feeding me.....LOL!

    I tried to add a picture but for some reason it would not accept my files no matter how much I edited em down to size.

    Have your friend drop your name when/if he contacts me. I have had some
    inquires already and want to keep of who the contacts are coming from.
