    I tried to ask on the other thread, and appreciate your advise Wes, but he is not interested in trading it in. He would like to buy a Ferrari in the future, but is not sure when, and if he'll be able to get one. Any way, I did a little bit of searching and wanted to know for sure if you have to join the FCA to get invited to the Ferrari events in San Antonio. I read on another thread that you don't have to own a Ferrari and don't have to be a certain age to join the FCA. I realy like Ferrari's and hope to own one when I am older, but just want to be able to go to the events to see the amazing cars.

    It's all Wes' show in San Antonio. What he says goes...

    FCA membership is required for most events for insurance reasons.

    Yup, its up to the godfather himself.

    Just relax and enjoy Fchat. Get to know some people and you shall go from there. There have been many posters that have come on this site just to say they want to go to the events thats the only reason they come on fchat. Then all of a sudden their gone...

    I did not get invited from just getting on fchat and asking to be invited, rather ive been here for awhile and happen to be at the right place and the right time.

    Definately have to ask Wes, best just to take it to PMs. Enjoy the site, it's a great source of information. A 3x8 is going to be my first, so I've been going blind reading the bright screen in the 308/328 section. Enjoy your time hear bud! Unfortunately I've only been to two events, but in that time, I was able to meet some cool folks(F owners and Non-owners). All in all, a good group. Speaking of which, Mike, I need a recommended lense for micro(sp?) photography.......

    Thank you so much for the advise John, I'll be sure to enjoy Ferrari Chat. Joining the events is definatly not the only reason I joined this site. It's so awsome to have a giant online community with people from all over the world who all share the same passion. Thanks again, Tyler
