    Hey All,

Purchased my 2017 Cali T from a FL dealership in May and I've taken the vehicle to 3 different dealerships/service/shops with no luck and lots of funds spent to no avail. I've driven the car plenty since I bought it and has been ran by the service shops as well. The car has been checked out by Ferrari SD and has no tunes/issues/mods but is still showing Cat monitor not ready.

Does anyone have a smog guy that can help get this car passed? I would really like to just enjoy the vehicle and not have to worry about this ongoing issue + driving around with no plates. ANY help/advice would be greatly appreciated and I'm happy to discuss over the phone or in person. Please send me a message!

Hoping someone around me has had similar issues and found a fix...

    Thanks for looking,
    Sean

    Thanks for the reply, Rob.

The car is currently at Bobileff and has been there for nearly a month. I feel as if I’ve exhausted all the options as far as service visits. None of these places have helped me and it’s been the same story everywhere I’ve went. The car had 5700 miles when I got it and I’ve added nearly 2000 miles trying to get this issue fixed.

I’m hoping to find someone who can fix the car without keeping it for weeks. If anyone knows someone who can help, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Just following up here. Dale @ GP Autoworks was able to solve my problem in a couple of days (after having this issue for months) and the car had to go back to Ferrari SD to get an ECU flash from Ferrari corporate. After that, problem solved & smog passed. Just wanted to say I would highly recommend GP Autoworks in San Marcos and thanks to @rob5819 for the mention above.

I would nevertheless be very curious to know what Dale @ GP did to fix the problem. Was it air/fuel mixture related, or cat related or what ?

It was the ECU needing a reflash from Ferrari NA/Corporate and not related to anything with the car mechanically. So, I had to take the car from GP back to Ferrari SD for them to fix it (2nd attempt) because only Ferrari NA could do it. . The car was just continually misdiagnosed by the other service spots.
