    The Del Rio car perfectly illustrates how the wheel sits at the edge of the wheel well. Removal of the bumpers really enhances the car's form.

    Here is a scan of the actual car in an 1969 article titled "Wild Thing". Published Automobile Quarterly 1969

    Maybe someone can post the words to the song - Wild Thing? I only know the first two lines!

    Hey, so are Italian sports cars from the 1950s and '60s.

    As for Wild Thing, I never was a huge fan of the Trogs' version, but this one rocked:
