    The other day, used the car and used the sat nav ... it was working fine ... about 3/4's of the way I knew where I was and stopped the sat nav (as the voice got on my wick (incidentally can you turn the voice assistance off and if so how ... and just follow the map like I can in my other car, a BMW ???) ... but anyway, turned it off, got lost lol ... tried to turn it back on ... and it had frozen, had to turn the car off completely, take key out and then restart the car ... all was good ... anyone else experienced this ?

    I know Ferrari's can be quite querky ... so perhaps it's just something to accept ... but if I could turn that voice off and just follow the map and leave it active, I'd be much happier !

    Any help would be great ...

    While the sat-nav gives directions you can regulate the volume via the volume knob, down to zero if you like. The setting will be stored and if you'd like to have spoken directions again you have to turn up the volume again.
