    I'm passing this along; might be a fun event to drop in on! Let me know if anyone plans to be there - Crawford

    2nd Annual Sausage & Bocce in the Park!

    Sunday, June 4, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

    At Centennial Park

    The Amerigo Vespucci Society of Nashville is holding their second annual Sausage & Bocce in the Park to celebrate all things Italian. The Amerigo Vespucci Society is an organization that celebrates Italian American Heritage. They offer a place for Italians and Italian Americans to gather and share our tradition, sustain our culture and keep our traditions alive.

    Sausage & Bocce in the Park will take place under the Pavilion near the locomotive in Centennial Park. There will be Italian food available; sausage & peppers, pizza, Italian ice, Zeppole, and Cannolis. Live Italian music will be heard along with a Bocce Tournament taking place. The Music City Desmo Owners Club will be participating in the event with a show of the famous Ducati motorcycles. The MCDOC will be joined by other Italian motorcycles and car owners sharing their Italian made machinery.

    Bloodworth motorcycles will be on hand showing the latest from Ducati, Piaggo, and Vespa. Admission to this event is free. Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in the Silent Auction for great Italian themed gifts of food, tires, wine, gift baskets and many other wonderful items. This is one event not to miss.

    I would like to encourage the members of the Ferrari Club and the Alfa Romeo Club to come out and join in the fun. We will make special parking available for your clubs.

    O.K. Guys;

    Looks like dinner at F Scott's on the 3rd, 7:00 p.m. 'til whenever. I've got parking, wine and room for 16. Then "sausage & bocce" with attendant F-cars on the 4th. Sounds like a weekend worth of fun. Need to get a head count when possible. Come on out and play!

    Here are a couple of fuzzy pics I took with my phone. I sure hope somebody has better pics.

    ItaliaChallenge1, I saw you there with a serious looking Nikon - I bet you got some nice shots!

    It was a great turn out; even Mona Lisa showed up. And you know how hard it is to tear her away from the Louvre.

    I did get some shots, but I brought the wrong lens, and all the people looking at the cars were always in the way of the shot, but at least I did get some pics. I even got some of your beautiful F355. One of them is of that newly married couple in it. Here is the thread for them: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=108426&goto=newpost
