Saw 400GT with Chevy engine at French & Italian car day at Woodley Park, Van Nuys

This event is held each year in a park near the 134 freeway and 101.
It was dark blue with black upholstery.It have have been a 365GT4 2 plus 2 but same body style as the 400. It had an odd hood with no transverse vents and a hood scoop that looked like something out of JC Whitney catalog. A sign said it was for sale, I think under $14,000. Somehow that hood scoop ruined it for me, I was actually looking for the rumored car but once I saw it in person, the flame was extinguished for me and I didn't even see under the hood. A perfect installation might have swayed me more.
