    Did it have a dealer plate? If so I know whose it is and it drives awesome.

    southbound, LA dealer plate IIRC.

    yeah, thats my buddy. he also had an F40 and as of last friday a new M5.

    there was a 5 behind it with a temp tag, didn't notice if it was a M5 or not. It was a light metallic blue color. I wasn't paying attention to the bmw.

    his M5 is silver, but it does have a ever so slight hint of blue to it.

    that was me heading back to N.O. yesterday...I had left the 550 in Florida after the storm and I went back to get it over the weekend...the 550 started up right away after 2 1/2 months of sitting in a garage and made the trip flawlessly...it is quite a car.

    Note: The 2006 M5 is a stunningly fast car.

    Great Shot!!! Seems like every time I see a car, I dont have a camera to capture the moment. Not that this has anything to do with the topic, but I saw A Ford Gt on I-10 the other getting off at in exit in D'berville, MS.
