hi guys, been looking thru the F Chat for years...after so many cars in this lifetime, i'll finally pick up my first Ferrari 360 Modena this week....Life long dream and hard hard work...finally...Anyways, she got everything done (fluids, new clutch, belts) 2003 with 27000 Kilo and superduper clean history guaranteed by Cavallino Ferrari of Thailand. The price is 8.3 million bahts ( roughly $250,000...I know..its the taxation of Thailand) Love the wheels, Capristo exhaust and everything else except the matte wrapped roof...(why??? will have to take that off as soon as i signed on the dotted line) Question is i really like the CS carbon mirror but the aftermarket wont be able to fit the adjustable motor right? can u guys point me to the right direction

thank u for many wonderful infos over the years

Congratulations and welcome to the party! I am glad you earned it, it makes everything taste a bit better.

Be careful removing the matt wrap, could remove the clear coat or worse depending on how long it was on, temps, sun exposure, bad luck, etc, so I recommend leaving it on for a month or two to appreciate the car. Then if the clear is damaged, you wont mind it being in the paint shop as much because you were able to enjoy it for a while first.

$250K USD! Wow. Other option; Move to Las Vegas, buy a nice house, buy a similar 360, FOR THE SAME $250k!

Congratulations! Beautiful car and I'm sure you'll really enjoy it. That black roof must get hot in the Thai sun. PM me if you ever drive down to Phuket, I'm there often and would love to hear the capristos!

Congrats! Love those wheels and as others have said maybe leave the wrap for awhile and have it removed during the off season (if you have one). Or not. But actually its looks pretty good! really the best looking 360 I've seen in quite some time.

Congretulations! What's the car tax rate? Hong kong is around 80%.
I don't see too many exotic cars in Thailand, maybe a few near the Paragon area. You must be doing very well in Thailand.
    How's the road there?

Roads are ok, better on the highways, but the best thing is the police here are not very strict with speeding ...if u catch what I'm sayin ;-) I paid triple the price to use a full 100% of the horsies

I spent about a year in Thailand and was told that there is no way the police are going to pull someone over driving a newer Ferrari for fear that they may be someone from the royal family, etc. How cool is that?? :-D

    Sawatdee Khrap and Congrats!

Is that almost twice the value of the 360, or is it just me?
