There was a thread started on a 97 355 spider on ebay. I don't know how to post the links but I posted this message under that thread "Has anyone seen this car on Ebay". Anyway, the owner of the 97 355 Spider with 24K miles on it was arrested in Santa Rosa California and extradited back to NYC for scamming a buyer out of $25,000 and not delivering the car. If you google "Chris Miranda and NYPD" you will get the article which appeared in the NY POST and the Staten Island Advance. He made the unfortunate mistake, of doing to an Retired NYPD sergeant.

I know the consignment shop on Ebay cancelled the auction probably when they found out what he did the last time. Does anyone know where the car is now?

Was it the yellow one that sold out of Florida, the one with frame damage? I can't find that thread either, and I have found it before....Did it get taken down?

This is a red car. I think, but I am not sure that the car mentioned is distinguished by (only) one Scuderia fender logo, and has been mentioned often on Ferrarichat.

Weird that car was in Chicago for a while and at one time was registered to a woman in Santa Rosa, the single scuderia badge on the left side gives that car away!
