    This is mainly directed at a moderator. I have not had a car stolen (thank heavens) or been on the receiving end of a scam. However I would like to see a specific Forum on this. Some criteria would apply to avoid any legal action, namely no names, unless the guy has been convicted or is on a wanted list.
    Like to hear some further thought on this.
