    As a parent, i dont understand it. It makes me sad and sick at the same time.

    As a human, i do understand it. Desperate times bring desperate measures; A young, scared, un prepared man and/or woman. An un-wanted pregnancy. As a mature adult, i think its a bad decision. Other ways to "get rid" of an unwanted child.

    I believe in the US you can now bring the child to your local church or hospital and give up the baby, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Thats what ive heard. Yet still i see on Fox News NY every once in a while a child found in a dumpster or in a trunk or on a park bench

    Its sad--and it doesnt have to be.
