The Pope's suitcase is a nice story that is told also in my book, of course, but not with so many pictures. Thank you for sharing. I miss my friend Mauro, a special guy. Ciao
January 14, 2022: one year ago, my friend Mauro Schedoni went up to heaven, becoming a legend. Hope he can talk again with his friend Enzo Ferrari, who rests a few meters from him. R.I.P. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Well…listen, to be fair, I never thought I’d sell them for that much. I just enjoyed collecting beautiful sets. But hobbies turn into obsessions.
This is an amazing thread. I did not read all the postings. Do we know approximately how many sets Schedoni made for the 550 Maranello. I see on other threads https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/550-luggage-set.634898/ How Cuoio, black and tan were most common with Bordeaux and crema more rare but I've not been able to find out how many sets were produced. My interior is Sabbia. Thanks -- Eric
Eric, do you own the Ferrari by Schedoni book? A good place to start with the obsession. I don't have mine in front of me right now, and I can't remember if Alberto discusses how many made of the 550M, but maybe just ask him here? @Albert-LP
I need to buy his book for sure. I looked last night to see if any of the numbered versions were left or available 2nd hand and then got distracted….
around 20-25% of 550 Maranello had a Schedoni luggage set: more or less that is the average of the other models too. No data about each color productions is available. The 550 M luggage set is much metter looking then the following 575M one, IMHO. Thank you for your appreciation: I just answered here above. Please write me in private and I will put you in contact with the publisher to see if there still is a limited edition book available, new. The publisher is a friend here in Modena. I can't sell books directly, sorry. Ciao

In my opinion those books sooner or later will be like Schedoni luggage today: worth a ton of money. Even today I would never consider to sell mine at tag price, which is 700 euro. Ciao
My very rare Schedoni rear shelf luggage set for Ferrari 360 Modena with coupè body. I have to thank my cousin Carlo Porta: I borrowed him and his car to take these pictures. a Ferrari 36o Modena Schedoni luggage trunk set, cream color: fits all 360, berlinetta and spider. More common than the rear shelf luggage set, that doesn't fit spider, of course. The little, soft, ‘clack’ the 360 luggage handle makes when you push down for it to rise up…is an amazing feel and sound.
