Yes, what a great collection of cars. I like how there is a new and an older model from each manufacturer in the big room. I like my garage, but this display is like a classy museum with exhibits that are very appealing!!! Having the engine soundtrack linked with the individual car lighting was awesome. I really liked the Lemans start of all the cars simultaneously. My favorite cars were the Lola T70, the Jaguiar X13 (IIRC), The older Aston, and the Maserati birdcage. We took lots of photos, I'll put them on shortly. I also wanted to thank the hosts John and Kathi, it was really nice talking to both of you, and the lunch was fantastic! We made it home just between two rain storms. Good seeing everyone, and the caravan ride was fun. What a great day! BT
Thanks to the organizers of this event, thanks to the Schumann's family for such great hospitality and just the fact that he shared such amazing collection of cars makes this event even more important, we were lucky, the cars, OMG, it was pretty intense, only pictures can describe how amazing they are without me sounding like a little crazy child excited about candy .. talking about candy, the food also was great ... Thanks very much guys and thanks for the awesome drive (to Vero Beach and back) it was a great day, we ended up @ Atlantic/A1A, drinking some beers and talking about vintage cars for a while ... fun times!! I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering what his track is like. That's something I'd love to eventually do. Has anyone driven it? It looks to be about 4,900' long.
Wow!!!!! What a collection of cars and enthusiasts!!!!! Well done, would love to have been there!!! Thanks for sharing
