Question for the AZ folks... Is Scottsdale Ferrari on the up and up? I'm considering a purchase from them, however a posting on some other thread has me asking questions. Quoted from other thread, "...+1 on the dealer being upfront, I really respect the honesty and the guys at Ferrari of Seattle are good people (Craig knows F cars), They could be like Scottsdale (search threads and you will know... " So I thought I see what the locals have to say. DL
I have been treated very nicely by them. I just took my father in there a few weeks back to spec out a new 2012 California. It will be his first Ferrari and working with them was very easy. We started the process back in June. Made an appointment, went in to test drive the California and make sure it was right. From there it took a few months for my father to make his decision (he was looking at a couple other cars). I emailed our sales guy a couple weeks ago and it turns out that they had an open production slot for an estimated December delivery. I don't know what they are like on the resale market, but my guess is that you are going to find people who like them and also people who don't.
Adam, thank you for the kind words. Your Dad should enjoy his new car soon and hopefully we will see car here in December. Don, my name is Demian and I work in sales at Scottsdale Ferrari. If you have and questions about any car we have you are more then welcome to contact me directly at the store (480) 990-9000. I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
Welcome Demian, I think the thread in question is in the 360/430 section (do a search for the Ferrari of Scottsdale thread). I think we would be curious with your thoughts after reading thru that thread.
Here is the thread I was referring to with my previous post: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=336904&highlight=scottsdale What are your thoughts on this Demian?
Got my CS from Gary Simon. Went off w/o a hitch. Paid sticker as I waited patiently in line back in '04.
I can attest Demian is a good guy, he sold me my 360 and took care of everything as I asked and to this day, I still can call him about things I don't understand WAY after the sale. He is always happy to assist, even when its something an idiot should have read about (like who makes the fuel light look like an ipod, took me 4 hours to figure out there was no ipod connector and the car was complaining about needing fuel)
