I'm having a hard time shaking the idea of trying to install the carbon fiber rocker panels on my CS. I know it's sacrilege nigh harassy but it is also 100% removable (provided it can actually be done). Which is the reason for this post. Can it be done? Without modification? Is it just bolt on?

It looks like that is the case but it would be a big $$$ mistake if I bought first and then it can happen. I have no intention of making a permanent, irreversible change to the car. I just miss the Carbon sills that I used to have on my 16M. I loved them and actually like the more aggressive look of these rockers. It might look like $%#@ but it might not. I'm willing to take the risk as long as it is really a doable swap. I just don't want to buy expensive parts and then hang them in the shop because I'm stupid while trying to re-sell them to a 430/Scud/16M owner.

For what it's worth, I would likely do the paint treatment shown in this thread: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/409033-scuderia-carbon-fiber-side-skirts.html

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Opinions pro or con also warranted. I acknowledge I may be standing with my toes dangling over the abyss. Help!
