do you think this scud would be repairable ? http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/western-australia/driver-escapes-500000-ferrari-crash-in-perths-north-wallet-on-lifesupport/story-fnhocxo3-1226966147555
I've seen worse. If the frame survived I think it could be repaired. I'd want a smoking deal as it sits before I attempted a fix.
A little misleading to say it's a wrecked $570,000 Ferrari. That may have been retail price back in 2008, but it wasn't worth that prior to the crash.
Definitely repairable, it is possible no frame damage but even if that right side front frame is damaged it is reasonably easy to repair
A friend did some looking into this after I told him about it earlier today. Apparently the car has been taken to a repair shop because the owner had no insurance so he is pretty keen to bring it back to life.
My point is that they quoted the original sales price in 2008, not present day value, which is significantly less. The higher original price was no doubt used because it'll attract more eyeballs.
