I've been changing engine oil every 3500 miles and just flushed the gearbox and brake fluid. At 10k, lower control arm bushings were replaced as well as ball joints (the car drives like super tight and new after that, btw. Simply AMAZING!)

Anything else I should do to keep this thing more fresh? Thanks gents. I'm driving the car about 1000 miles a month since I bought it. Thing is addicting to drive.

Ken the ball joints are monoballs, I bought spares from Ricambi (Hill Engineering) that are supposed to last longer, but I have yet to replace my OEM ones, after 14,000 miles. The passenger's side front LCA ball bearing is making some noises, so it is due for replacement.

    Some other tips:

    1) Add more insulation material on the following two sensors (driver's side axle):

    - E-Diff control valve
    - F1 solenoid

    2) contact Juri here in F-Chat, and get a F1 pump cooler

    3) The power steering and F1 pump fluid is long lasting, replacement should happen every 5 years or so, you can use Mobil 1 synthetic ps fluid. I have the specs somewhere, just not handy.

    4) Buy a spare set of the e-brake pads, they tend to wear out.

    5) I had a shop develop bigger cooling ducts for the engine, they are located underneath on the floor pan, ahead of the diffuser. This extra volume of air cools down the engine heads, and provides more fresh air to these 2 sensors, and the engine compartment temperature sensor (the one that displays the slow down warning).

    6) Crazy glue the balancing weights on the two front cooling fans. Once you lose them, there is a lot of vibration moved into the cabin, it gets worse the more balancing weights you lose. They get detached in warmer driving conditions.

I will ad more as I go through my stuff.

Car is super reliable, super fun, after almost 4 years with mine, it still is my favorite car. I have tested 3 458, MP4-12C, a LP640SV, multitude of VW, and nothing has come close to the feeling on my car. I'm awaiting for the next 458 track day car, but very likely it will be a little pricey, making an Aventador or CGT a better value (I prefer the CGT).

Bushings are factory but ball joints are from Hill Engineering.

Shop recommends to change that and filter during next service so guess I'll do it in few months then.

Thanks Rad. I'm gonna keep an eye on your tips. Cheers.

Always a pleasure to see someone driving their car.

I've said it before that, "Life is too short...WAY too short".

    Enjoy it while you can.
