Don't know if there is anything special about a Scud plexiglass rear window, but assuming it's just plexiglass or Lexan... Plexus is a plexiglass cleaner/microscratch remover. You do NOT use a wheel. You spray it on a microfiber and use it to clean/light polish the plexiglass. If you have deep scratches you will need to actually have them removed by a professional who may be able to use polish, compound and if they are really skilled a blowtorch for the really deep ones where they reflow the plastic, however, if done wrong will distort or bubble the plexiglass.
