It seems content about Scuds on 20" wheels is a little scarce, so sorry for yet another wheel/tire size thread.

But looking at my Scud on factory 19" parked next to my Speciale and Cayman GT4 which both run 20", the Scud needs bigger wheels, but not at the expense of driving ability.

What I am looking at based on advice from HRE is 245/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear, with 9x20 front and 12x20 rear wheels.

As far as I can calculate that is a 1.2% increase in the front and 1.3% increase in the rear outer diameter.
Does this need any suspension adjustments ?

Also it seems 255 is better paired with 305 to reduce understeer, than 245 is, but do the 255 rub with no body modifications ?

Also, does anyone have a picture of a Scud or F430 with HRE P104?

    Hi,

You're gonna need bigger rear tires for a 12 inch rim. You have to go between 315-325. In fact, I have a set of 20's coming for my 430 from ADV1. The rears are 12 and I went with a 325/25/20

Look through these...Upper left hand of each car should show wheel specs. Hope this helps
