Excuse me in advance if this is the wrong place to post this. I recently purchase two new window switches and an AC switch panel from this company for my 2009 430 Scuderia. All parts were listed and purchased as "new". The window switches came in perfect, however, the AC panel was beyond sticky. Stickier than the part i am trying to replace. Also it showed use. I contacted them and they are giving me a hard time about it. Saying things like... "oh, this is normal, you can just use alcohol and clean it off". My point is it was purchased as a new part and it clearly is not new. Anyone else have an issue with this company? All i want is to return it and get a refund. Apparently some companies don't really care about the customer.

Unfortunately whether in the box or in the car these items always become sticky in time

I wouldn't be surprised if they were brand new and just been on the shelf for a number of years

The best bet is to take your old parts and have them all refinished like everyone else does...

    That's not the point.

I try very hard to not sell these kinds of things because they are sticky from the outset. More often than not, when a customer buys these 'likely' sticky things, I personally telephone them to explain the craptastic Ferrari quality, and 100% of the time suggest they don't even install the new part, but simply send it out for professional refinishing. Better yet, if the item in the customer's car is sticky and gross -- but still works -- I'll advise them to don't buy a new replacement. Just send the old one out for professionally refinishing. They save money and have something that lasts way way way longer.

Every Ferrari parts supplier knows these things are often crap, right out of the box.
