Interest interview with LH44, this is exactly what Ferrari needs, a driver with genuine leadership skills and is willing to question the status quo particularly with the suits, imho that is were the issues are. I hope Charles is watching and learning that its not just about driving the car fast but really driving team and the organisation.

Carlos has more 'innate' leadership and strategic insight than Charles. By now Leclerc should be in this position with LH. He is faster than LH as no one is surprised, but he lacks the 'team' leadership or inspiring cohesion/progress others have. He's fast but thats not nearly enough now for him. His career is being used for not much progress so far. Again he should have reviewed what FA endured at Ferrari. After next year with little change or progress, he needs to think of leaving sooner rather than later. New talent is arriving and he will be surpassed faster than he probably thinks.

Why - LH has alot of racing experience. He's incapable? Drivers have talents outside of simply driving. Technical knowledge and experience with how different teams work. Even Charles has stated in the press lately he is impressed with that type of experience that LH brings to the team-Ferrari. Additionally that may make Charles even stronger. The anti LH anything around here is short-sighted- putting it mildly.

Max even with only 2 team experience, all related to RedBull, will offer interesting insights and does so in terms of team operation etc. As if other drivers have no such talent except those utterly favored here. Vettel and LH had similar traits yet LH is looked down as if he has ruined all of F1. No one is larger than the sport or any team......ever.

MBS is doing all he can to disturb the sport along with Liberty. Its very little to do with LH or any other driver at the moment.

Look, Ferrari is behind the curve on the front pull-rod suspension while Mclaren and RedBull have had that type of setup for over 2 years. EVEN Ferrari's front pull-rod suspension isn't as aggressive as their counterparts.

Ferrari's NEW rear suspension remains to be seen. I doubt we'll see it at the Spa2025 race. So in reality, 2025 is a learning curve for Ferrari with regards to the NEW front and rear suspension.

Brake ducts in the Mclaren are FAR more exotic than Ferrari's with regards to getting heat and maintaining heat in the tires while keeping the tires in the operating window...as we have seen halfway through the season.

And how many times have Hamilton and his pit wall have had "discussions" over pit radio. Sure, other drivers have had similar discussions over pit radio but with Ferrari, it's a roll-of-the-dice with pit strategies-->Plan A, Plan B, Plan C.......Plan F..........."Stand-by"..........."We are checking."

    Good luck Hamilton.

You don't need to be a 7x WDC title holder to see these things right off the bat.

Mega impressive in F3. F2 harder to say, it's been a weird few seasons for teams which makes judging their overall performance very hard.

It's empty words though. He was saying the same **** post 2021 at Mercedes. It's the equivalent of ''Bono my tyres are done": If he prevented being overtaken people would sing his praises, how he managed to hold off whoever despite his ''definitely ruined'' tyres. Or was he overtaken, he already laid out the excuse.

It's the same here. If 2026 Ferrari beats a world beater Lewis takes all the praises. If the car is a ****box, he'll point his finger (again) saying ''they didn't listen to me".

The art of perception is not a class he missed.

    Precisely.

He is good at blowing smoke and working the press. Statements like this aren’t really about “fixing” Ferrari they are about saving his massive ego. For someone that’s used to be the golden child the past few years are most certainly weighing on him and raising doubts. As it should.

Until Ferrari gets rid of him and the surrounding circus their future won’t begin and we’ll be stuck in this excuse cycle of “next year”. Rinse and repeat.

It’s all just smoke and mirrors.

    Ferrari expected to retain Vasseur
Vasseur’s current Ferrari deal runs out at the end of the 2025 F1 season.

The team’s poor form led to intense speculation that he could be replaced by Ferrari’s successful WEC boss Antonello Coletta.

Vasseur has received the backing of Leclerc and Hamilton.

Hamilton revealed that Vasseur was a major reason for joining the team in the first place.

Ralf Schumacher believes negotiations are now taking place between Ferrari and Vasseur over a contract extension.

It would end any specualtion possibly linking Christian Horner to a move to Maranello.

“Thankfully, we’re hearing that they are getting closer to Fred Vasseur again and are conducting contract negotiations,” Schumacher told Sky Germany’s Backstage Boxengasse.

“An extension would be extremely important to ensure stability within the team. And the drivers are behind him, too. That’s great to hear.”

    Well???.....after yesterday's and todays so-called paltry performance at Spa2025.

Or is this just a "work in progress" scenario that we are witnessing from a 7x WDC title holder.

Seems like Leclerc is doing all the "leadership skills" and "watching and learning"...no?

Still that bedtimestory about Carlos? Carlos was beaten by almost every team mate he had: Max, HUlkenberg, Ricci, Charles and now Albon.....you can like him, he's a good driver, cool, but he's not exacly top notch or outstanding.
