Is alcantara for the dashboard (and surround) standard? The technical fabric only applies to the seat side bolsters? Anyone confirm that the stripes can be ordered in different colour to standard grey?
Thanks Marky, all the interior pics I've seen have looked like an alcantara dash. My Noble M400 had similar finish throughout and it's actually a nicer material than leather imo, as long as kept clean. The technical fabric on bolsters looks a bit slippier, presumably to ease entry/exit from the buckets. Anyone actually ordered gold stripes (or other)? I read that here before but my dealer isn't aware of this, though could be too early for them to have all the info.
No, you have three choices for the dashboard as well as the seats. 1) Black alcantara dashboard with the windscreen defrost area and instrument cover in technical fabric as well as the central tunnel. Seat side parts are in technical fabric. 2) Complete dashboard and central tunnel in black alcantara. Seat side parts in alcantara of your choice. 3) Complete dashboard and central tunnel in black leather. Seat side parts in leather of your choice.
I suck at this stuff! Need to have a good sit down at the weekend and go through things properly. Sorry for the bum info.
Hi Guys, is there a 60th anniversary plaque in the interior? I can´t see it in the pictures, it would be nice to have a picture of it. Regards
No probs Marky, it is a bit confusing but I've got it now. Thanks guys. I expect I'll be going with similar look to pic 1. = Technical fabric with two layer black insert. Probably with contrasting stitch like red or gold.
The plate was only for 2007 Ferrari models. IMO, it would defeat it's purpose if they mount it in all Ferrari cars produced in the coming year(s). It marks the anniversary year.
Love the interior had the opptunity to sit in one, very nice, much more comfortable than the Reventon
do you have a picture of it? where can I get the picture of the plaque? I want to make the plaque for my 2007 models in my display cabinet. I hope someone can help me wiht this thanks in advance.
Does anyone plan to go with the roll bar? I am quite tempted but don't like the way the legs of it are not covered. You can see the metal. http://www.italiaspeed.com/2007/cars/ferrari/10/430_scuderia_official_photos/gallery_2/107.html
There's quite a bit of "uncovered" metal (floorboard, door sills, etc.) in the Scuderia interior. The roll bar treatment might help to complete the look.
I'm going for option BAT1 which is undoor door molding and wheel arch in technical fabric, which covers up a lot of the metal (aside from the "floor board") I know what you mean but with this option there is less metal so just trying to figure out if the roll bar will ruin the look. Probably a bit stupid to think about aesthetics when it comes to safety equipment but I can't help it!
Those pics are from 430 Scuderia presentation in Spain (pics are not taken by me, found them here on the board). There is no such option as full Rosso interior on Scuderia, may be it can be done but only as special order. This is maximum of Rosso in the Scuderia interior. Similar to my 430 Scuderia coming this December. Best. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It can be covered with Nero Alcantara also. I have ordered my Scuderia with Alcantara as on the pic. Best. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I suppose that full Alcantara seats and Alcantara roof lining can be ordered only as special order item. There are NO such options mentioned in the 430 Scuderia option list. Best.
