    The Scuderia South Florida Keys Rally will be taking place April 16-17.

    We will be forming the rally in waves starting with our Palm Beach County group at the offices of The Carcierge in Boca Raton. Then, we will head south down the Turnpike meeting up with groups from Broward, North Miami and South Miami at various points along the route before meeting for lunch at The Mutineer Restaurant at the very end of the Turnpike in Florida City.

    After lunch, we will caravan down to the Sheraton Beach Resort on Key Largo which will be a 30 mile drive. The complete route with times, distances exits, etc. will be made available shortly.

    We ask that everyone taking part in the Keys Rally to please contact the resort as soon as possible however.

    Call the sales office directly at (305) 436-6045 or EMail Cristina Alvarez at [email protected] to make reservations. The resort is holding preferred parking spots for exotics so please tell Ms. Alvarez what car you plan to bring.

    The Sheraton Beach Resort Key Largo has extended Scuderia South Florida special group rates for this event...

    There will be no cost to take part in the Keys Rally, the only responsibilites will be for your rooms and meals, etc. We are aiming to make this a low pressure, fun event and a nice get away weekend for everyone to bring an end the Winter/Spring motoring season in South Florida.

    Just back from doing the dry run to idea of time and mileage.

    We are going to have to tweak the route from the Boca Raton to the Broward
    meeting place a bit.

    Get your reservations in to the Sheraton Beach Resort Key Largo as it will
    still be high season and rooms are going to be difficult to find at the last moment.

    I would like to arrange a diive drip for saturday afternoon, sunday morning or both.

    I'd do the Eagle if anyone is interested in going deep but would settle for some time on the reef in Pennycamp.

    The idea is that we all drive down together. The Miami-Dade gathering points will be at Tire & Wheel Choices and The Mutineer Restaurant at the end
    of the Turnpike.

    We're timing this all out so we all arrive together and form a nice caravan down to the resort on Key Largo.

    Barton, a suggestion for where to meet in miami instead of the tire place which is kind of out of the way.... the service plaza on the turnpike right after Kendall Drive. It's on the way to the keys, whoever needs to pee-pee or gas up can do so. We all met there last year when we went to the keys worked out great.
