if the unoriginal tag has merit, itll be used. thanks for your concern though

"thaught" is a typo too, just ONE letter off! ...or did that not register?

anyway, i digress. this has nothing to do with spelling, and you clearly arent in the position to criticise others in this regard.

heres an idea, instead of popping your head up from behind the fence, sooking about this thread being off topic, and occasionally throwing a pebble, do something constructive and address this:

"why is pless claiming roger hopes for/will laugh at an ACTUAL crash, when all he said was seeing a near miss would make him laugh?"

I log on to Fchat occasionally, read the threads and if I think it's relevant I'll post. Funnily enough I don't need your permission. If I want to throw a pebble as you so eloquently put it, I fcuking will.

As for your repetitious comments on what was and wasn't said I've reposted post #1 for reference. There's no question about who said what, just a quote from Scud so what the **** are you going on about?

thanks for that insight into your posting behaviour. however all you have done is essentially paraphrase what has already been written, but with an air of 'stamping ones authority'

but, as i said, good to see you throw some mud in public view for once, its fun, isnt it!

what was said bears little resemblance to what Aircon has made it out to be. A random, if lacking in taste, comment was made that seeing such a near miss would have resulted in laughter.

again, i am not about to tout this as being in the best of tastes, however it is a far cry from the picture our resident bamix has made it out to be.

on one hand, we have a comment which suggests seeing a near miss would be hilarious....the other suggests one would derive sheer joy from seeing one actually propelled into a tasmanian ditch.

two very different concepts i am sure you can appreciate, all biases aside. had scud indicated a desire to see Aircon actually total his car, and possibly himself, I would have been the first to say "not cool sir" - but this is not the case now is it?

...while its trendy to dig up page 1, here we go!

sooo much distortion here, it is the posting equivalent of a Boxer chassis!

scud never said he HOPED youd crash...only that hed laugh if you had a 'moment' as per last year

I haven't seen him claim that that's actually what he meant - has he done that? I've not been paying full attention, so I certainly could have missed it. With that said, if in fact that IS what he meant (that he'd laugh at a near miss), then his original statement was worded appallingly, because it certainly implies an actual crash would be funny.

I had a few "near miss" experience in the past, twice I almost "sticked it in", and another time I was just doing a normal round-about turn at 40km/h when the accord just decided to tail happy. All three times I laughed afterwards with/without my passenger, not that I think its very funny or I'm so cool, but the fact that thanks to bit of car controlling skill and certainly a lot of luck, I didn't crash my car, or worse 'god forbid' injure/kill myself and others.

Regardless of what PP or Scud is on about, we don't have the right to interpret their word for them, nor do we have the right to judge or condemn any of them as an individual because of what they have said/wrote. The same sentence can mean different things to different people, and many times we wrote or say something that we really didn't meant the way others have taken it. But most of time, we realise it and apologize and hope the other don’t misunderstood us. And perhaps this is the case here; Scud has said something which its intention was different to what PP had understood, only both won’t back down.

I've met PP several times, and had only one brief afternoon drink with Scud, hardly makes me a friend to both of them. However, my impression from these short encounters with them made me believe that both men are in fact, nice, down to earth and polite gents, regardless of how they may appear to others on the internet. Their difference are no more than a personality clash which their words fly quicker than bullets, as oppose to two men genuinely hate one and another, both on the internet play the ball rather than shoot the player.

Wax is right about one thing, that we (you like it or not) are peers on the same network, we have common interests, lots of knowledge to share and have common friends. No one has to like one and another, but let's show some common respect for each other. I sincerely hope PP and Scud can resolve their difference one day if there is an opportunity, because it is a shame that even though they are two different types of people, both men are in fact very nice guys.

And thank you for explaining to me what and how I'm posting. You are so very enlightening.

Oh and surely if something "nearly misses" something else then it hits it?

Kelvin....i'm not going to do anything that decreases my daily dose of fun. what would be the point of that?

did scud mean it when he said he'd laugh if i "stuck it in"? well...i think so...but maybe not (cough)....but really....what a thing to say regardless! a person with even the slightest bit of moral outlook just doesn't say that to someone.....morals clearly don't apply here.

but seriously, if you look at the persona and the below belt personal attacks he's made on people, then i'd have to say he meant every word of it in exactly the way almost everyone interpreted it.

maybe we can throw in a few more photos of semi naked chicks to deflect attention to scud's poor judgement and moral standing.

over to the children for that one.

    fixed

you never ASKED did you Pete?

funny that, but understandable. had you asked and got the answer you didnt want you would have far less to crow about

the second outright lie was bleating this nonsense about him HOPING youd crash. what a crock, where did he say that?

there you go, lads. scud's very first post in this thread.

no denial of meaning. you'd reckon that'd be the FIRST thing you'd do, right?

i mean he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he DOES understand denial!

not only does he NOT deny the meaning, he gloats that only *I* see anything "bad" about his post.

all the scuddites have been busy looking for evidence and speaking on his behalf, but he had the opportunity then and there to say if he was misinterpreted or not, and his brazen insistence that what he said was fine even brought this out comment from wax :-

"The real tragedy in this sad state of affairs has been, is and remains; Your unapologetic, indeed, open disdain speaks volumes about your own immaturity, lack of character and quite frankly, lack of class and moral fiber which are all you'll go to the grave with unless you have an eye-opening experience in this life which is far too short.

    Grow up."

i mean i'm happy this has gone on for as long as it has....there hasn't been much on tv the last two days...but if it weren't for scud and the scuddites trying to back pedal and deflect, this thread would have ended on page two.

i guess offence is the best form of defence...so let's continue.

why isn't anyone asking the simple questions ?

should my comments be dragged across to here from AE ?

the same thing happened with something i said on exoticforum , it got dragged across to here , for no reason . no one listens to pless outside fchat , he knows that . if he conducted himself in the same fashion on another forum , he would be called far worse than what i can come up with .

can't we answer in the web space where the question has appeared ? you have all been sucked in by this .

should this thread be deleted before it ended up this far ?

i post a thread on a name change , and it gets deleted ?

    mods shouldn't take sides .

hey mod , if you thought my thread wasn't good for the person in question , did you think 20 pages of this thread was going to be good for me , regardless who won the debate ?
