This was his second SE30, not the crashed one. Yellow Jota has been for sale for a number of years now.
No. 35 up for auction on Saturday 10 August: Used 1994 Lamborghini Diablo SE 30th Anniversario for sale - PistonHeads (Ref 1570640)
Yes, it will. I'd have a guess of around £125 - £140K (pounds). There have been others for sale at higher prices for a long time but they haven't sold.
The last TWO 94SE cars I sold this year, both Red... One a real LOW mile PERFECT MINT as if new car went for over $200K plus US Funds.. The other with approx 10K miles, in very very good condition as well, went for over $175K plus
Maybe, you never know at an auction but I would estimate it a bit lower. This one has been for sale at 135K euro for quite some time, and it is not a perfect example. Nonetheless it will be interesting to see what price it will go for
Curious if anyone has an updated list of the number of SE30's still left in the US. Seems like they have been vacating the country at a rapid pace! I would be happy to compile an updated list, just PM me. Information will be treated with the strictest privacy.
There were ONLY 25 to the USA...I myself have sold 3 OUT of the USA..so just with that, I know there is at the most 22 left...2 of those have been converted to the JOTA kit.
I'd say there are 22 or 23 cars in the USA given the Eu pair on the East Coast that somehow exist there. We brought # 88 in from Canada for a client of ours and it exists with a Miura S, 350 GT, 288 GTO and the Last USA F40 built. When Steve at Driven Exotics - The Lamborghini Specialists completes it, it will be a stunning example. I viewed it at his shop last week while in town for Monterey. My numbers are for USA purpose built and titled cars...I am not counting the "imported" cars such as this SIlver one, the 2 Euro cars east coast as well as the one Euro car in the Texas collection...
No Joe did that transaction...got it from Asgar out of Lamborghini B.C...he bought it from the previous owner/trade..if I recall correctly it was in the Calgary area..but not 100% sure. At the time Asgar offered it to me, I had 3 in stock so did not add it to inventory. It was priced correctly and I am sure the new owner will be delighted with it when he gets it after the work Steve is doing to it to make it as close to a perfect car you can get...but we are not suppose to use the word perfect on cars...so lets just say IMO it will be a 9.9 out of 10 when completed.
I just had car #8 out the other day for a nice little leg stretching and lunch date...LOVE these SE30 cars!! 1994 Lamborghini Diablo SE30 #8 Lynnwood, Washington | Cats Exotics Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's correct Jeff. The car's refurbishment was completed and it attended Quail driven by the owner's son who reports it to be in great running condition. The best color I have personally seen on a 30th. We did a few images of the 25th & the 30th, I'll post those images in the 25th thread sometime. Best, Image Unavailable, Please Login
Are those the two cars in Calgary? Edit - Ahhh yes, #9; subject of quite a sh*t storm in this very thread a few years back... Apologies for not giving credit where it's due. Looks like a great example... I kinda wish it had stayed up here.
I think that there were approximately 30 US spec cars made in total, of which about 5 were delivered to Canada
