I have a 1999 355 Spyder and of course have been plagued with top retraction problems. I've done a lot of maintenance on the system, so generally it always worked well.....until one of the lines blew.

I called various Ferrari parts suppliers and apparently the lines are no longer available....at all! They just said "good luck".

So, I'm wondering if anyone has sourced or knows of where these lines and fittings were originally manufactured so I can fix this car here. I searched and searched but couldn't find anything specifically about the lines. Seems most people have bleed issues or pump/ram failures. Didn't see any line blowouts.

    Thanks!!!

An hydraulics specialist would be your best bet is my guess. There are plenty of companies specialising in this field as hydraulic hoses in all shapes and forms are common in industrial machinery. The tricky bit will be to find a company that can handle these tiny lines; similar sizes are probably mostly used on production lines and small equipment.

I've contacted countless hydraulic shops already, these fittings are unique and hard to locate. I need to locate the company that actually produced these. The line is fairly simple, but it blew near the fitting. I could even reuse the line if I had a new fitting to crimp in place. If nothing else, I'm going to have to modify the system to accept new style hydraulic fittings.
