Unfortunately I lost one little bolt holding the upper indicator lens on the 328 foglight.
Does anyone know where to find these type of bolts? Are they used on other cars?
These bolts or screws are special shaped and I was not lucky to find one at this time.

    Thanks.

Look for a right size screw and for bolt with that head. Just weld the 2 parts together after cutting that you dont need.
    Those are impossible to find....

Ok, thanks Guido. Good idea. I see no further reactions, so it sure is a very rare item.

Ferrari uses a LOT of special hardware...

I am sure this is part of a subassembly, it goes in the lens??

The issue would be to arrive at the proper technical description.
It's a cap socket screw, for metal, and I am sure the dimensions are metric!!

    Hex head?
    Or maybe a TORX?

You just have to get thru all these details, and probably buy a box of 500!!!!

to avoid rust in the future.

The bolts have different lenght (left and right side of the lens)...so it will be 2 X 500...

The signal lamp hole has a tube to keep aligned and strong. Just use a long machine screw cut to length and sharpened a little and include a washer to keep the force flat.

when I bye my car in 2002 it came with the 3.2 bumpers, wich I put on. 1 Flasher/blinker box whas missing so I did bye that from Ferrari in France.(the only that whas available at that moment). It came without the 2 screws !....so to have them all the same on booth sides, a make 4 screws. Painted them with silver grey paint that is used for the wheels. And 13 years later they look still the same.
This means I still have 2 originals somewhere laying around...they have gold value !

Thanks Guido. So true. It is the short one that is missing. Ferrari used special parts here.
Just no ordinairy screw, no; special designed and manufactured. I like that.
The only problem is to replace this little piece of art when lost or damaged.

Btw, I like your beautiful Mondial ! Nice color too. Thanks for the pic.

Thanks for posting the pics John. I sure can use it because it is an original.
A little damage to the screw I can live with.
    Thanks again!
