So I started heating a rattling noise coming from my passenger seat and I thought the seat rails were just loose to the floor, just to find out the rails are pretty secured to the floor but the seat has play, I removed the seat and I just couldn’t find a way to secure the rails to the actual seat to remove the play.
So I just put it back and decided to not let it bother me but now it’s gotten to a point it buzzes with the vibration of the engine and that bothers me even more.
I am sure it is an easy job but I just couldn’t find the bolts or nuts I need to tighten to fix this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Already did that and I couldn’t find where to adjust or tighten, it was very frustrating because I was right there and couldn’t figure it out

then please make a again a video when the seat is outside and play a little with the rail that I can see what the problem could be.
    it could be no magic.

have a look here how it will look:

    have a look please:
the red circles are the 4 screws holding the seat on the floor
the green square shows the upper and the lower rail. check if there is the play. if yes then you need new ones. or you take apart totally and look where the problem could be. if no play then look how the upper rail is fixed to the seat

So I took the seat out again and I figured out the issue, it was the rocking movement option of the seat, the one that you can set in 3 different positions using the middle “switch”, it is held by a pin that goes inside three different holes for each position, somehow on the passenger side it had more play than on the drivers by rocking it with the hand and obviously when you are driving the driver’s seat is hold in place and prevents the vibration.
Anyways I realized it was a normal play due to the design and maybe the issue is my new Capristo exhaust makes the car vibrates more and that’s why I didn’t have that issue before.
The solution was to insert a bit of a rubber bushing on both rails to keep the seat more steady at the lowest setting where the vibration creates the noise.
Hope this helps if someone gets the same issue.
