Seat belt extender and power seats

I have a 2012 FF and the other day I noticed the dash was telling me that the passenger side seat belt extender was not working and sure enough if I looked at it it was about half way sticking out. When I went over to take a better look at it on the passenger side I also noticed that when I tilted the passenger seat forward to get into the back the passenger seat did not automatically move forward. I then tried moving the seat with the buttons and nothing. So I assumed I have a fuse that went so I pulled out the owners manual to figure out what fuse it was. I can't for the life of me find a fuse that would correspond to either of these so I'm getting pretty frustrated.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
