Stays on constantly.....Any thoughts from the brotherhood would be helpful
That will happen if your mouse motor ECU's are disconnected; also if the sensor for the mouse motor position has gone bad...also if you buckle up with the seat-based back-up buckle rather than the mouse motor primary. I think, anyway. I've had my seatbelt bulbs disconnected for so long that my memory is a bit fuzzy here.
Do you have mouse motors? If yes then do you motors work? If no they were disconnected most likely by the PO . Look under your seat for an open white two pin connetor. If you find one try shorting those terminals together and I bet your light goes off...or your car car is equiped with an ejector seat. So you may be pitched out of your car ala James Bond Goldfinger if you connect those wires together.
