    Is it possible to redeye/recolor the seatbelt receptacle button? Mine is pretty much orange (and I've seen some new ones that are orange, too) but I would prefer to have it red, like this one.

    The plasric color is impregnated it's not surface treatment like dye or paint. Any color on the surface of that type plastic will rub off. Best course is replacement.

    That is still orange, just fresh and new. The pic makes it look red.

    Mine are quite faded and I’ll end up replacing them someday.

    Wow I didn't realize there's a cavallino on the side! I'll probably replace mine soon with some generic parts, I'm not in it for the concours.

    I think mad328 repainted his. I used armourall to brighten up the faded orange and shine up the black housing.

    Autoglym or any plastic treatment product would probably also work.
