Seat Leather Color - help from historians

There are two parts to this thread.

I) Did Ferrari ever make two color seats for the BBi tan/blk, cream/red, blk/red etc ??
I've seen these combo's on carb cars, but can't recall seeing this on injected.


II) How objectionable is changing the colors if recovering the seats - non-original etc?
I like the tan with black combo
