The stock Scud seats are quite stiff and there's barely any padding / cushion, my back hurts after just 15 mins of driving...

Anyone makes a cushion / padding that will fit the Scud seats?

Genuinely my 16M seats are amongst the most comfortable of any car I've owned.

This is surprising. I find them among the most comfortable seats made. How much do you weigh?

I have the 458 CF seats in my car (like the Scud seats) and I love them. BUT I hated the 360 CF seats (despite what everyone says). The shape, kind of slouching, made my back hurt.

That makes me ask, is it really a padding issue or the shape of the seat? I suspect the the seat isn't a good fit for you. If that is the case, you have to look for a different kind of seat that is better suited to your shape.

I'm 6'1 and weight 180 lbs. When I first sit in it, I feel ok but after a while my lower back starts to hurt.

Hmm, that's a normal size and weight. What part of your back hurts? Lower back?

Have you tried adjusting your seating position to reduce the lower back issues.
Maybe try moving the seat closer and reclining the back more?
Is the Scud steering wheel position adjustable like the 430?
My lower back goes out fairly easy and I sit in my 430 with Scud seats to ease my pain.

You should be able to find some type of foam at an fabric store that might help.

I'm 5'8'' 165 lbs and they fit just right. Although, I lifted up the seat to see the front and to bend my knees.

Seat height might have something to do with it

The seat shape and contour is very comfortable but it could use a bit more padding in the lower back and buttock sections. My 08 Scud has a few miles on her, so some of this may be related to added usage.

You are right. There is only a small amount of padding in the seat. It is meant so that you can really feel the car under you without the padding dulling the senses. I have 2 herniated discs in my back and I have no problem with the seats at all. The contour is very ergonomic. I had a previous F430 coupe with the factory racing seats that did not work for me after about half an hour.
A decent auto upholstery shop can add more padding in the areas that you specify.

Take it from some one who has had yrs of back problems - it might just be your back issues

I'm starting to think so too, it's probably my back issues. I sit in the office chair too long, 10+ hours a day. the stiff seats in the scud just makes my back issues amplified.
