Seat wont click back to normal position

    My wife had her laptop behind the seatback on my newer 360. The seat will not drop back to its normal positon seems to like be locking up. Therefore the seatback remains inclined forward. I lift the black handles and it does not go back to its normal position any suggestions?
    Its a daytona seat.

    could the seat have been pushed too far forward when lifting the levers and pushing the seat back forward?

    stupid problem but thanks for any suggestions.
