Seattle Spotter Thread #7

The way I see it is if I don't achieve at least 5,000 miles/year somethings wrong with me as I certainly didn't buy my car to save it for someone else! Got to 18K on my '02 360 and just ticked over 2200 on my new F430.

These cars actually work well in the rain! In fact, I was in a downpour one day, and I was surprised at how confident the car car felt at highway speeds. Next day - wash, rinse, repeat!

 

Amen Brotha! It is good to see you, and all the others out driving their cars. We hardly get enough good weather here as it is. Gotta make due with what you have. Apparently my dad was driving the f-car yesterday and it starting hailing, luckily it didnt last to long. Keep putting those miles on, because you never know when it may be gone.

Around 4pm today a TDF 360 Spider going east on NE 8th bridge in Bellevue

 

Saw a clean Testarossa (red) in Tacoma headed out from Schuster Parkway to northbound I-5. It was a joy being stuck behind you in traffic! Quite the syphony with those cooling fans and exhaust notes.

Blue F430 Spider heading up 164th in Bellevue. Plus, a CGT heading North on E. Lake Sam. The CGT sounded incredible - race car howl! - Tim

 

04/03, Tuesday, 10:10 am, Red 308 northbound I-5 near the Tulalip Casino.
I was southbound in a silver Panzerwagon

 

It was a G-car, gent driving had short cropped light brown hair.

 

Friday evening, April 13th, 4:25pm southbound I-5 Tacoma, red Mondial Cab.

 

That was my 430 spider. I live in Woodinville and try and get out when the weather is decent.

insisted on driving under the speed limit all the way onto 520 and beyond...Doesn't one buy these cars to drive FAST?

Yes but there is a time and place to do it with minimal risk, like 5 am on a Sunday morning north of Arlington on the way to North Vancouver for the Italian Show on Fathers Day..

I excersized my 308 to it's full potential almost everytime I drove it and I never got pulled over in it. Careful choosing of venue.

Hot dogging on 520 is futile except in the middle of the night but then John Law is out in force at those hours too.

 

Saw a beautiful charcoal gray 575 (i believe) in Old Town Tacoma coming up McCarver from Schuster Parkway. Black Comp wheels and some other challenge components? I was excited and trying to pay close attention to pedestrians so I couldn't pick up everything. Very nice indeed, hope to see you again. I love working at my firm in the summertime and being able watch the nice cars come down to the strip.

Southbound 405 on Thursday 4/19 around 6pm in Bellevue, Maser Spider...dark metallic gray.

 

Today around 4pm red F430 coupe with aftermarket wheels on capital hill. Sounded great as usual!

 

Indeed, ALL F430's sound incredible!

 

Red Lamborghini Countach today at 4:50.. it was going north on 405 in Bellevue. Roy?

 

Not a Ferrari, but saw black DB9 on Thomas and 1st next to KeyArena today.

 

Something unusual...a grey Nissan Skyline R34 a few days ago in Issaquah.

 

Saw a 512TR in La Conner today. Saw about 6 Vipers cruising around too, one was supercharged. Probably pretty fast, and reliable.. Ha Ha.. Just kidding about the reliable.
