I don't think this conflicts with any other Ferrari-related event. Cost is $100 for 4 sessions of 20 minutes each. For Intermediate/Advanced drivers (unless you have a competition license or have run other SCCA PDX events before, you'll need to contact the Chief Driving Instructor to get approval). Sessions will rotate among regional races that day. Reading supps for an SCCA event can be daunting, so PM me if you have specific questions and I'll try to translate to "normal English" ;-) Key sections for "eligible entrants" and "vehicle eligibility" are reproduced below for easy of reading. Link for full event document and registration info is also below.

    Eligible Entrants:
This PDX event is open only to Advanced/Intermediate participants. A driver that meets the following criteria falls into the Advanced/Intermediate category: he/she holds 1) an SCCA Competition License; or an SCCA Time Trials License; or a history of tracking events with other SCCA recognized organizations such as PCA, NASA, CHIN, BMW, PBOC, etc.(must have prior approval by the Chief Driving Instructor) or 2) has an SCCA PDX log book that indicates the ability to "solo" and has successfully completed at least 3 SCCA PDX events or receives an entry waiver from the PDX Chief Driving Instructor. All participants must be 18 years old or older. Must have a valid drivers license issued in their state of residence. Entrants must be a current SCCA member, or purchase a weekend membership at registration. If you have an SCCA Time Trials log book, you must bring it with you to registration.

    Entry Limit:
Entries will be limited to 55 total cars.

    Vehicle Eligibility:
Vehicles required to have roll bars/cages per their eligible/potential SCCA class must have a restraint system as noted in the Time Trials/Hillclimb Driver Rules. All vehicles must comply with all minimum current SCCA Time Trials(PDX) safety requirements including, but not limited to, tires rated for a minimum of 118 MPH without visible safety defects and a minimum of a 3 point safety belt/harness (OEM is OK) for both driver and passenger seats to accommodate an in-car instructor (if required). The use of “race” tires is permitted for Advanced participants only.
Most GCR, SIR, TT or Rally vehicles are eligible to enter the PDX and must meet the safety requirements for the class for which they are eligible.
    Exception:
Open wheel and sports racer competition type vehicles are not eligible to participate in this PDX nor are high center of gravity (HCG) vehicles such as SUVs, pick-up trucks and vans.
Legal street licensed vehicles are also eligible to enter this PDX as long as they comply with the safety rules governing this event. Window netting and arm restraints are waived for these vehicles. Street driven and legally licensed vehicles do not have to meet Roll Bar/Cage requirements set forth in the Time Trials Rules (TTR) (page 3) except as noted herein.
Legal street licensed convertibles/targa/t-top vehicles shall have: 1) an OEM hard top secured at the OEM attachment points, or 2) have and can verify OEM rollover protection, or 3) have an aftermarket 4 point roll bar meeting Time Trial Roll Bar Specifications as noted on page 3 of the TT/HC Driver Rules. Legally street licensed convertible/targa/t-top vehicles utilizing OEM seat belt/shoulder harnesses that have marginal driver height issues relative to roll bar height may be acceptable if the roll bar is as high as the soft top will allow (when up). However, a final decision will be made on this issue by Tech and/or the Chief Steward and is subject to their approval.
