Sebring Test 3 - WAY TO GO RISI

Congratulations to Guiseppe and the entire Risi team for the 1st place in GT2 testing this morning. Time of 2:01.944; speed 109.230 and 30 laps. They were 8th overall for the day behind the P2 cars. (RS, RS, RS, Lowe's, Highcroft, Andretti, Intersport) - Nice showing for Adrian in P2.

Test session #4 was a repeat for Risi. FIRST IN GT2 AGAIN.....yipee!!
This season GT2 is going to be quite competitive with 2 F430's and a possible 3rd 430. P2 is going to be awesome also (I'm going for Highcroft and Fernandez (Lowes).

This series will provide some really fantastic racing competition throughout the year beginning with Sebring in March, including the best race in all motorsports -- in June the 24 Hours of Le Mans and conclude the end of October at Laguna Seca.

Where are the rest of you sports car guys??? The season is about to begin soon.

Hi Michael and Peter . .

I've been in the UK at Autosport International and doing other things. Audi won't be running alone - only one other entry in P1 - Autocon with a Lola. Since Dyson went to the RS Spyder and the other three entrants, P1 promises to be an interesting class. There's talk of more F430's in GT2. GT1 - certainly does look as if Aston is not a player this year - Dave Richards is probably putting his energy into his F1 entry for 2008. Such a shame as I really do much prefer the Astons over the Covettes. It hardly means anything for Corvette to "defend their title" again themselves! (Test 4, the Porsche was first with Risi second.)
