Hi guys I want to send my CIS QV fuel distributor out for a full rebuild of the o rings, diaphragm and have it calibrated and flow tested, the rebuild of the seals is the easy part but most shops do not know how to set these up.

can anyone here post some recommend specialists who are the absolute best source for this in the USA and understand these Ferrari models? I have come across some Mercedes specialists but not sure if the QV are specific that a MB expert might not understand.

the rich running is horrible to drive the car smelling like fumes afterwards.

Larry rebuilt my FD a few years ago, I shipped it from Canada. My car essentially runs like new. Had a long chat with him, great fellow, and no question he is an expert on these units, has all the calibration equipment. I thought the price quite reasonable considering how specialized the skill to rebuild is.

There are many different FD's on these cars, depending on the year, country market, etc. Mine was particularly rare, so there was no core available. The turn around time I recall was pretty quick.
