I took a mainland visitor to the Aloha Tower complex. I had not been there for a long time. The place is a ghost town!! There are many empty spaces. Almost the entire second floor is vacant.

At the end of one of the piers was Larry Ellison's yacht. It was beautiful and spotlessly clean. He recently bought the island of Lanai.

Must be nice to have a "boat" like that! I remember watching the Christmas light boat parade from the tower a few years back and it was a ghost town then.

Thanks for those pictures Larry, I knew he was a boat guy but didn't know he did yachts. I thought he was into sailboats only. I had lunch with my wife a few months ago at the Brewery there and a 100+ foot sailboat was docked along side. I thought it might be Larry at first but later googled it and found it was a charter boat. Looked like a few families were sailing together on it, thought I heard an Australian accent on one of the blokes. Must be nice!!!!

When I had my office at Harbor Court about 15 years ago, I'd eat at ATM all the time. Back then, I would always see two different yachts docked at ATM, both were about 125 ft. One thing I vividly remember is one of them had a green NOTAR helicopter on the back deck.
