    What are some pitfalls selling a car to someone in California when I live in Minnesota? What should I watch out for? How is the title transferred? Do I just sign on my end and that is it?

    hi Enzo, sorry i could not help you with my GTB, i want cash for other things i have going on.


    make sure you specify you are selling the car "AS IS WHERE IS" i dont care how nice it is. any old car can have stuff go wrong. you need to sing the title, putting the date onit is up to you, but as i buyer i dont like the titles dated as i usually take my cars apart when i first get them and check.... everything ..... but i am wierd! make sure the buyer is responsible for transport and insurance PUT THIS IN WRITING ALSO! your Lemans seems very nice, good luck with the Lotus.     Alright guys thanks for the advice. It just freaks me out to sell the car to someone I have never met before. I can just picture some wack job on the other end that is going to make my life miserable if he doesn't like what he gets.
