Selling a Timeshare

My dad has a timeshare he wants to sell and, not being computer-handy, he asked for my help. I don't really know the first thing about this and after clicking around, I'm not really sure what the best approach is. If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful for the help. Here are the specs:

Villa del Palmar, Cabo San Lucas
1 Bedroom Unit, 2 floating weeks/year, one winter and one summer
Lease runs until 2032.

He's not interested in dealing with it any more (ie. renting it out anually) and would prefer to sell it.
