hey guys i'm new here, fiance and i just bought a F430 spider 6 speed, get it tomorrow at 7:30.

anyway, whats this poker run all about, we are interested

Where are you picking it up and what color?

 

picking it up at ferrari in edison, bought in florida(miami area)

its titanium, black interior, 6 speed all the goodies...

 

just looked on the site attached to your reply, i'm guessing that was just for the general idea for the poker run, since the last post on that thread was may!

Oh, I guess I'll meet you than. I work there so please introduce yourself. I like to meet my fellow F-chatters. Strange though, How I haven't seen that car there.

 

should have arrived there today, fiance called this morning and they were detailing it. weird that you didn't see it, maybe cause you posted at 8 this morning, not doubting you-might not have been there yet, kind of makes me wonder(the fiance was a "big girl" and did the locating, dealing, and purchasing all by her self, and if you knew the crap she had to deal with down there from the salesman, you'd be impressed as well as i am), maybe they are jerking her around again, but she was in contact with your dealership. ohh well we'll see what happens, its all paid, she's got two sets of the keys! we were supposed to pick it up at 7PM but I got stuck in the 22 mile back up on the turnpike, we are probably going there around 2-3 PM tomorrow.

well i asked the fiance if she was sure it was ferrari in edison her reply "i'm 100% sure..." I told her to call the guy who she was arranging pick up with, and she said "why do you doubt me?". well i convinced her to make sure, and low and behold, its not in edison, its at power motors in morristown(never heard of them).

good thing you questioned the car being at the dealership in edison, cause i was n't even thinking that it would be somewhere else-doesn't make sense.

well now i look like i'm telling stories and whatnot, so i'll post pics when i get the chance and the correct dealership!!

Any idea what the history of the car is? I imagine a 6-speed spider is probably trading at a big premium these days...is it a "flip" or does it have some mileage on it?

to answer another question, its a 6 speed, with 40 miles on it a week ago.

You've probably never heard of them b/c they closed 5 years ago. We all know you're not getting a 430 so quit trolling around. I questioned the car being at our dealership as well b/c having never heard of you I also knew that our salesman would not sell you a car. Plus what man in his right mind would let his fiance pick his 430, which by the way you will need more time than a month from ordering to receiving.

Also how and why would you have the keys to the car already. Makes no sense, thanks for sharing your useless life w/ the rest of the world.

i can see why you dont believe me, my fact arent straight, and thats because i am getting my information from a third party(dealer to my fiance, to me) and i should have know better to double check everything before hand. my mistake on the power motors thing-the place we are picking up the car at is in morristown, something like carmax-not sure. she told me it was a guy that used to work for power motors, i only heard power motors. anyone else who doesnt believe, thats fine, if i put my self in your shoes, i wouldnt believe either. but i did say that i would post pics when we get the car, and i will.
she did the dealing for the car cause 1) it was supposed to be a suprise for me, her sister accidently spoiled it 2) it is 70% hers maybe more, but she says it "ours"
there is no need to be calling names and being an ass. i understand that this site probably get hit with trools/liars/etc... all the time.
maybe i should have posted when i actually had the car/pics. sorry if i was excited-doesn't make me a jerkoff!

if so, maybe you could look up brooke demarco, or matt demarco. that is my fiance and her brother-he has rented from there many times, and she has a 9 day or so credit, from a gallardo we were supposed to rent twice, and weather canceled it(once snow, once rain).

last thing i wan tto do is create enimies, i just want the share the same passion for the car that you guys have.
