Mostly gearing.The total hp to the wheels is still only 470.Try and find another car with that hp that can run faster than that.
I love the new design.I have had Vipers since 92,and it took me awhile to accept the new style,but it has grown on me,to where I like it better.
My 03 srt just ripped off a 215 top end run.Yes its modded,but you couldnt do that in a poor aerodynamic car.

Im not much of a viper fan but that cars got one hell of a skidpad on it. Still though I bet C5-R, or the 575 GTC could take it on the track.

Is that a black viper with a fantastic wax job or a viper with a fantastic paint job? Either way, I'd love to wash and clean that thing. Just look at the detail for every line across the body panel. After that, we drive.
Yes,I have used a 300 shot for special occasions,but live with 200 daily.Its a nitrous/propane mix.Very safe,and very powerful.No chance of running lean.Propane is 114 octane.
Damn! Thats a big ass shot. Whats your 1/4 time like. I bet it's insane. Those things make enough TQ and HP as it is. I couldnt imagine it witha 300 shot.
Yes,its SICK!!I have not used the 300 in the quarter mile yet.With the 200,Im running 10.2.I have used the 300 shot on top end runs,and flipped it on in 5th,and it has taken me to some unreal top end runs.
I saw the show car/concept that Dodge was presenting of that new coupe Viper - it was incredible in person. Really made the normal Viper look blah, if you could believe it. They need that new GTS now to fight the Ford GT.

Propane injection does wonders on a diesel also. Great stuff, I wonder why they don't use it much. Plus, if a bar-b-que breaks out all you have to do is pop the trunk....
6.0, ~2,000 hp in a three car garage. That's got to be a record. To put things in perspective freight train locomotives put out that much much power. Word is we won't see the blue devil corvette. After all the Ford GT is sould out for 3 years of production. They couldn't POSSIBLY build the Blue devil vette now. If they did they might MAKE MONEY(gasp) on a CAR! Note to the uninformed: trucks are almost all of GM's profitable brands.
