Are there excercises that help define the serratus area, bottom of pec, etc ? I'm big enough need to work on definition
William - if you are looking to work on strictly the Serratus area, any type of overhead press will do the trick. If I understand correctly, you are mainly looking for better definition......in which case you will have to drop body fat. Added definition is primarily achieved by having low(er) body fat, not by doing certain exercises.
exactly right ... for example, everyone of us has a six-pack ... the difference is only, how deep under your belly fat that six-pack is to be found
Bingo! I got my six pack without doing crunches. It all comes down to diet. Now that I'm trying to add muscle I had to alter my diet and the six pack fades until I cut again.
