Does anybody know if any dealer can get the entire service history on recently (last 10 years) produced vehicles regardless of which dealer it was performed? I was under the impression that it was yes. However, I am close to aquiring a 360 and I am being told that they can only provide what work was done at their dealership.

    Thanks in advance.

I know that when I bought my 360 the records at Ferrari of Houston were very difficult to get for my dealer (Tonkin in Portland).
Could be simply a commentary of a given dealership since I've heard other complain about the level of service at FOH.

My dealer can see generic service records on their computer system though.

My guess is that there is no single one definitive answer to your Q as its inconsistent at best.

No centralized service records last I checked.

Just noticed your identical post in the 360 section... you might want to consolidate avoid this practice going forward.

I've heard they are all independent and at least in Denver after several years all the paper files go into storage, they have them but have to dig them out (they may have changed computer systems since they had my car there as well). My car was originally serviced at a dealer in CA that is out of business and I was basically told that I'm out of luck on those records.

I would start by calling the servicing dealer directly, I've had luck with all the dealers I've talked to, they have been informative and helpful.
