    This morning, we suffered an interruption on our VOIP system which caused all inbound calls to route into a different voicemail box and could not be directly picked up by Mike or me. Our normal call volume on a Monday morning ranges from 15-20 calls per hour, so you can imagine my blood pressure was through the roof! We didn't loose any messages, but we certainly couldn't pick up phones during the service interruption.

    We're up and running again, and now have installed a fail-over VOIP line which routes through a second provider. We'll be working through voicemail for the next several hours to return calls. If we missed you, please give us a ring.

    As an apology, for the remainder of the day all USA orders will be sent free FedEx ground or USPS priority shipping -- whether you ask for it, or not :)
