The sensor kit that is mounted to the guide for the T/O bearing may need to be replaced inspect it for cracks.that sensor kit is part #178060 cost $429.75. OO and 01 cars may still have 3 bolt ring gears the updates were made as crackes were showing up on challenge cars.The current ring is mounted with 6 bolts. The T/O bearing guide only needs replacement if it is scored or marked. I recomend pulling it and replacing the seals. The complete clutch constitutes Clutch cover and Disc. drk 996tt PPI fair price is $300-$350 be specific and ask your mechanic about the tasks he performing in the PPI. it takes quite a bit of time to get the sparkplugs out of any ferrari and to perform a leak down test so if a shop charges you $350 your coming out in front. Wayne Hynes.
